Help & FAQ
What are Kegel exercises?
Kegels train the pelvic floor, the muscle layer that supports your bladder and core. Training follows the same principle as any muscle work: squeeze, hold, release, recover. The release matters as much as the squeeze, which is why Kegel Flow guides both.
How does the app work?
Each session shows a flowing wave. Follow it with your pelvic floor: when the wave rises, squeeze; the higher it rises, the stronger the squeeze. When it dips below the line, gently release downward (a reverse Kegel). The 52-week program progresses gradually through endurance, strength, and control, with recovery weeks built in.
How often should I train?
One session a day is the program's pace. The app caps training at three sessions per day: for this muscle, more is not better, and rest is where strength is built.
When will I notice changes?
Research on pelvic floor training typically reports noticeable changes after 4–12 weeks of consistent practice. Everyone progresses at their own pace; the stats screen shows typical timelines, not guarantees.
Managing your subscription

Is my data private?
Yes. There are no accounts, and your training data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Is this medical treatment?
No. Kegel Flow is a training app, not a medical service. If you have pelvic pain, are pregnant or postpartum, or have a condition affecting the pelvic floor, talk to a healthcare professional before training.
